War is a uniquely human activity. So is Art.
For as long as mankind has struggled with conflict and sought peace, art and artists have played an integral part in helping us understand the essence of both war and peace.
Art of War explores how art has helped many generations understand conflict and how it has documented several key moments in history. It also discovers the unique stories of several artists associated with the regiment.
There will also be a special programme of family orientated craft activities as well as engagement sessions with local community groups taking place as part of the project. Please visit the website for further information.
Exhibition runs until early 15th March 2024.
