Returns and Refunds

We are happy to exchange or refund you if you are not entirely satisfied with your order. We can offer a refund within 28 working days of the goods being received by you. Returned items must be in their original condition and include all original tags and labels. Please return all items in their original packaging and enclose a returns form. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund on earrings unless they are faulty due to health and hygiene reasons. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage unless you are returning an item due to it being faulty or our error. To return an item please send to the following address:
